Dough Know, Dough Care

I had the jalapeño cheddar bread and it was fantastic!  It’s not made with the run of the mill pickled jalapeño peppers. These are fresh, hand cut and you can easily tell the difference!  The flavor doesn’t have the vinegar taste. It’s a bit of a bell pepper start with a little zing of heat. Combined with the cheese, it makes you think of a delicious jalapeño popper!  

The bread is airy and soft, with a crust that has a great crunch. Sour dough flavor comes through because the pepper/cheese combination does not overpower the dough. It’s the perfect combination and I can’t wait for more! ~Chris G

The butter loaf is to die for and I could eat the whole loaf of chocolate chip in one sitting as it’s that good!  The Minnesota sushi loaf is like a meal in itself!  Mallory has perfected the art of sourdough and all of  her flavor combinations are so yummy! ~Andrea G

We had several different flavors for a party- they were all a hit.  The bread Mallory bakes are done in small batches and are sure to elevate every meal. 5 out of 5 stars! I get the butter sour dough loaf it's my favorite with a spicy fruit jelly toasted or not. I recommend finding your flavor. Mallory gives it a finished touch with a cute sticker.
